Uninsured for Recent Flood
We can provide you a steep discount for your photographic restoration needs as long as you can provide proof of claims denial or lack of insurance.

Insured for Recent Flooding
We have already reasonable rates and you will be able to get more photos repaired for your insurance dollar.

Pricing
Pricing is based on how much we need to do to repair your photo: Minor damage, moderate damage and heavy damage. Contact us for rates and bulk flooding discounts.

Flood Damage Tips
Flooding causes water damage, mildew and sticking together of photos. If you can keep the photos wet, it will help prevent them from sticking together while you are waiting for repair. However, if they are kept in dirty water, mildew damage can set in. Do not try to remove photos from their frames if they are behind glass. Time is of the essence. The more time goes by, the more permanent damage there will be.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will walk you through the steps you need to take to slow wet photo damage until they can be successfully scanned.

Equipment
We use state of the art photo processing and printing equipment: MAC computers with Adobe Photoshop software, HP Photosmart Scanners and Cannon Photographic printers.

How It Works
We will provide initial directions on how to handle and store photos until they can be scanned into a computer. If you are local, you are welcome to bring your photos to our business for us to handle, wash and scan. We can provide an estimate at that time. If you are not local, we will provide guidance on how to handle and scan your photos. We can provide estimates based on the scans you send us. We can give you either new paper copies, photos on CD or both. It is always good to have photos on CD to keep at a different location as a backup catalog.
